Hello Nicholas Green, try to run Malwarebytes, and remove every detected threats http://www.techchore.com/2014/01/malwarebytes-beta.html

Then, try google chrome or firefox browsers. Internet explorer is not really a good browser.

If this do not solved your issue, try to System Restore your PC
