Will you get anything? Good chance you would never see a dime

First (and chances are they will never be caught) they will be in jail or prison

Second, if they have nothing, then you get nothing

Agreed this was a terrible event that happened to you, but the chances of you collecting anything are slim. I mean these punks do not have anything to take

John is correct, your state may have some sort of funds for victims, call your prosecutor and ask if yours does and if it does, how do you file a claim (Good advice John)
