Maybe your friend just doesn't want to loose your friendship. And sure, she's making other friends. So what? Everyone can have as many friends as they would like. It's not fair for you to try and tell her who she can and can't be friends with just because you don't like that crowd right? It sucks when people do that. If you don't like her other friends, just tell her. Let her know that you want to hangout with her without her other friends because they just aren't your preferred group of people. She'll understand and appreciate it more than you jut shutting her out. Unless you really don't want to be friends with this girl anymore at all. In that case, I would just say confrontation is the best way to do it. Confront her, tell her your issue, and just be blunt.
