You aren't wrong, but it is natural for everyone to be attracted to other people. It is better for him to comment on pictures than to go out and have an affair. But he could have turned it around and said that you shouldn't be stalking his facebook, because that isn't cool either.
But it is no problem to be upset with him about it. I doubt he is doing it to make the girls feel better about themselves, he is just attracted to them, which is perfectly normal. But you cant really stop him from doing it.
