It's okay to post a similar blog idea that you've posted on your blog as long as it's repurposed and isn't verbatim, it should be fine. Blog owners want to make sure that the content you are sharing with them is original and isn't an exact word-for-word copy of other content or there isn't much point in writing it. Do not plagiarise and you should be fine.
