why are there ads on pay account?
phone number for assistance

I paid money for Yahoo! for two reasons : 1. So I could contact you by phone if I had a problem, and
2, To get rid of advertisements.

I am now getting ads again and There is now no phone number to call about problems.

What's going on? What is your phone number?
How do we get assistance?
Why are there ads on my paid inbox?
