Hi Calin, I have used both GoDaddy.com and HostGator, personally for small websites I prefer GoDaddy.com. (It also happens to be cheaper)

I would recommend using Doboa.com to help you determine what software platform you want to build your website on, because that will GREATLY influence where you should host your website. For example, if you use Concrete5 to build your website, you should not be using Godaddy, etc. So again, its not just who has the best Host, or who has the best prices, its who is best built to meet your needs and plans as well.
