http://Youtubeviews.info is a really good site for promoting your youtube video.

But you can do an effort your self. (I won't go into SEO stuff here)

1. Share your videos on facebook.
2.Share it on Twitter.
3. Embed it on niche related forums (very good for traffic)
4. Contact bloggers in your niche and ask kindly if they could embed your videos on their blog. (maybe you could advertise for their blog in the videos description box in exchange)
