Should I get the iPhone 5(s) or the S4?

Both of them have large App stores and do a lot of neat things. Both take great pictures. I don't know if the Galaxy has great games or not, you'd know better than I would as you've had an Android phone, but I do know iOS does. For me, there are two distinctions that make me choose iPhone over the Galaxy:

1. If something happens to your Galaxy, pixels burn out, sound stops working, where do you go to find someone who can fix that easily in one day or get you a replacement? Whatever you do will take days. I manage all of our telecommunications at my job, and if something goes wrong with an iPhone, I take it to the local Apple store. Everything is always resolved quickly and the employee has a working phone again, that very day.

2. Every year I buy the latest iPhone and sell it on eBay the year afterwards, using that money to buy another. I literally make, net, after buying a new case for the new phone/any accessories, $100. Every year, +$100 in my pocket every single year I upgrade. (I am on a business plan that allows annual upgrades.) You still make a bit of cash if you upgrade every other year, though not as much.

Our phones are really important for our business, so we need then to be in top working condition at all times. That's why going with a model that doesn't have a store that does same day repairs just is not an option for us. And, losing money on our telecommunications in this economy is not an option either. Thus, iPhone.

I have the iPhone 5 right now, and it is definitely a lot harder to crack than earlier models. Still, I'd keep a case on it, just to be sure, though.

It sounds like you've already tried Android, and weren't completely thrilled with it. Why not give a new ecosystem a try? I know it is not worse than what you've gone through...
