That 2 month old site is registered to a vague Chinese address, besides the greater risk of dealing with a Chinese business, such a new site will not have shown up in the scam reporting lists this soon, always a good idea to do a web search for: "hotraybansale.com" scam

Don't give money to a site with no identifying phone# or address on the Contact US page.
