I have been blocked from uploading videos on facebook because of uploading copyright video.Is there anyway i can fix it?

We're missing something here. All videos are copyrighted. It's certainly not illegal to upload your own copyrighted video, i.e., one that you made using your own camera and performing your own sounds, which makes you the author and therefore owner of the copyright.

Maybe you're talking about uploading videos for which you do not own the copyright or have the necessary distribution licenses? That would be completely illegal, you can be bounced from FB, not to mention sued in federal court for up to $150,000 by the copyright owners. 17 USC 504.

If you have been notified of a copyright complaint on your works, you can certainly send a "counter-notification" that either explains that you are the original author of the entire work or you have a license from those who are, and therefore the copyright "strike" is in error. The copyright owners can then sue you within 10 to 14 days for a federal restraining order.
