I don't get what your ad clicking is about, I can tell you the OUTBRAIN.COM publicity site, registereed to a New York address has been around for 8 years and has a Google page rank of 6, which usually only 'authority' sites earn. I assume the India site Moneycontrol.com is paying them for advertising.
