I feel you should shorten it, and include your many accomplishments and talents in your resume. etter, not an essay. It&#x27;s supposed to be a brief introductory letter, not an essay.

The comments about getting along and not creating drama don&#x27;t belong there at all. You don&#x27;t want those kind of doubts to ever enter their minds, so don&#x27;t mention them.
