This 2 1/2 year old site is registered to a U.S. address, I see the owner participating in Chinese language sites, most of the business is probably run from China.

They mention Drop Shipping
There are lots of drop shipper suppliers, direct ship from China does not sound good, he may just be a broker.

If you are doing serious reselling, you might consider the paid membership "certified" supplier wholesale/dropship directories: WorldWideBrands.com is the biggie, SaleHoo.com is a (New Zealand?)
