You mean Jewish-American Princess, that particular abbreviation and it's Asian meaning is not a terribly powerful slur, due to the multiple possible meanings I doubt legal action can be taken against that particular example, though the politically incorrect name probably is bad business.

I see JAP.com is owned by someone in Japan and has been inactive for perhaps 9 months.
