There are many paid services that you are looking for:
1. http://seedstuff.ca/index.php
2. http://www.super-seed.me.uk/
3. http://torguard.net/seedboxhosting.php

Above three are best of them according to me.

You can also seed your torrent just by leeching your torrent online at free of cost - http://ultimatetrikz.blogspot.com/2012/0...nt-to.html

Usually, they says to download or convert torrent to direct download but I experienced that these online leeching website also seeds torrent at their own.
