There is NO Apple retailer in the UK with that name. Check the Apple site - enter that address in the search box for Find a Reseller and you'll see that company is NOT an authorised Apple reseller
Here are the ONLY Apple resellers in that area https://locate.apple.com/uk/en/sales/?a=...&x=18&y=11

Real iPhones cost MORE in the UK than in Asia and your question shows up as coming from Singapore. Why do you think British tourists buy electronics in Singapore, Hong Kong, etc -- because the prices are cheaper than in the UK. There are no cheap iPhones in the UK
