Uh... well, I'd give it slightly better than 50/50 odds that you'll actually get what you paid for. Tip: if you wanna buy something from somebody in Russia, use an American site like eBay or Yahoo Shopping or something like that. Maybe Amazon. But to just go to some whatever.ru website and send them money?? Dude... seriously... no.
