The short answer is, you can't. You have no real privacy on your facebook. That's the trouble with it. You can adjust the settings as much as you like, but anyone who's determined to do so can get in there, change things, and find out a great deal about you, where you live, how old you are, what you look like, who you hang out with etc.

This is where creeps and stalkers hang out.
