It is clear and apparent that she likes you.It is also possible that she likes you a little bit romantically. But it is not clear.Every thing you say she does are things that best friends who are very close do . You say that you just want to be friends (which I do not buy as you could have let her know already). If you truly want to be platonic friends with her,then the next time you guys are horse playing again,simply tell her that you have something to tell her and then tell her that you like her a lot and enjoy her company but that you do not like her in a romantic way.She may be disappointed but eventually things will settle down.You guys will either remain friends or will no longer be friends.
