How to set up realistic goals for a new website?
I'm working on an online marketing plan for a new website. I would need to set up monthly goals for visitors (source, region and quantity), page rank and sales. We'll drive traffic using PPC and social media. Any suggestion how to establish those goals? What would realistic? Is there any standard percentage that I could use? Thank you!

The website sells bride jewels. Although it's online there no almost no traffic or data to use. It was lunched few weeks ago.
