Hi Jeff, Keyword research is fairly simple to find relevant keywords along with there competition and monthly views, you go to Google and look up Google keyword planner its free.You type in phrases to get ideas and once you find the phrase you want to use (try to use long tail phrases) you take the phrase and use it as your tittle of your post and include it a few times in your post but don't over do it.
