Hello,

I have recently read in some top blogs of SEO that after penguin 2.1 the site will get penalize who are doing forum posting with exact match anchor text links ans their biography has also contain the same anchor text links, so according to Google's new algorithm update when you use same anchor text rapidly then your site got penalize.
