Hello,

Of-course this is totally wrong practice in SEO. I would like to inform you that in this case you are creating competition to himself. One keyword and three targeted URL, so you are jut trying to rank three URL with same keywords.

That is the main reason your ranking is going down in search engine. So the best strategy just target one keyword only for one URL which is highly closed to the URL according to content and design.
