ok, my personal opinion is that Internet Explorer is "crap", get google chrome with auto updates; and toolbars and other things wont pop up, download here:

get adblock for ad free and popup free browsing here:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...cddilifddb
download both and import from Internet Explorer under the settings tab and import form IE.
