You inform them that the person who lived there has moved. You have other resources available if no action is done. The Better Business Bureau, Consumers Affairs and if necessary The State Attorney's Generals Office. You send a registered letter to them and explain your circumstances. When Push comes to Shove, those are your legitimate and legal resources. Unfortunately most people aren't even aware of these resources.
