At&t U-Verse problems, help?

I have At&t U-Verse and it was messing up in June. I called the company and they came and replaced everything and it worked fine. Until yesterday and now every few minutes it cuts off and i cannot get it back on until it decides to come back. It when cuts my phone off. I have turned everything off unplugged all the cords, made sure they were good and correctly plugged in. Reset the modem everything, yet it still does this. Any advice on how to get it to stop?
