I'm admitting to what I did, I cyberbullied someone without realising it?

i dont know what to say when i tell the teachers and i cant tell my mum because she doesnt even let me have social media. I thought that they would answer the anonymous question with sarcasm like everyone does but they took it seriously and then i blamed someone for it, but they were reported to the head of year (not a big deal no one knows but me) and now dont want them to take the blame for what I did, so i have decided to tell the teachers what i did. Im not sure what to say tho Please help me with what I should say to the teachers and possibly my mum
