I know this May sound horrible but if I was you, you need to get over that shyness!! A lot of guys will get turned of by it, as it makes everything 10 times harder! And more awkward , and your whole life it will be a disadvantage,

Invite him out just say straight up hey do you wanna get together this weekend and then say can I have your number, simples or invite him to a party get mortal and kiss him therefore the shyness is not an issue and also he relieves your flirting
