That's a typical 2 month old Chinese owned counterfeit site, they do have a Chinese phone number on the Contact Us page where more often there is only a disposable email address. Since they are already dodging from the counterfeit police, it's no big deal to rob you while they're at it. There's always the added risk of it being shut down by he authorities while they have your order.

Stick to major name suppliers (sorry not my field), yea designer names are expensive...
