Should I give this seller a negative or neutral feedback on eBay?

Zoey,
When an eBay seller states they don't accept returns --- it doesn't mean squat. EBay's buyer protection policy gives buyers 45-day to file a not as described claim. That's what you need to do. You'll receive a complete refund including original shipping --- no restocking fees. If I was you ---I'd just skip the feedback. It hasn't been possible to leave negative feedback for buyers for 3-years. The only way a seller can check on you is to look at the feedback you left. Us sellers get concerned when you've left too many negatives. |
