Hey, chin up! OK, you made a mistake, but you apologized, so there is not really much to blame you for. He does not 'hate' you, he still may feel a bit mad or hurt, but if he does not accept your apologies, he's not worth your energy. Stay low profile, don;t message him at all, let him simmer a few days, and he most probably will get "back to normal" in a few days.
