If people say don't do it then don't. I don't know what the exact phrase means but I know paralysis is being paralyzed or unable to move. Like you could paralyze your body be damaging your spine and you won't be able to move. So i think sleep paralysis is being paralyzed in sleep or being in a coma? I don't really know so you should just look it up.
