When you dream, your body paralyzes itself so that you don't move and act out your dreams in real life. Sometimes you may wake up while still in this paralyzed state and find yourself unable to move. Lots of people experience it and it can be quite scary.

I don't know what the Facebook photo says but I've had lucid dreams through sleep paralysis. You just make sure you keep your mind awake as it happens and when you open your eyes youll be in a dream.
