until you can't prove, they really received package, you have nothing. forget it.
there are some suggestion for future:

- state in your item description you have right to refuse/cancel order, when customer have too low number feedback (0 or similar), too many negative feedback due unfair behaviour from close past or such things...
- use only registered postage (with tracking number) wherever is possible. of course is more expensive and could cut interest of customers, but it make you sure about delivery.
- describe your items as serious as possible and make T&C's as tight as possible (but still fair enough). it make unfair buyers keep away.
