Making a website is not easy. Since You are a tutor and not a web designer you need to find some one who will build this site for you !!!

Since your site needs a personalize scheduler as per, per student, you will need a php website with database and a webdesigner who can build it !!

google for Hire web designers or check your newspaper for web designer related ads.

for domains go to www.//godaddy.com or http://hosting24.com to verify cost of hosting.

This sites mentioned above give web space only.
