Try first switch off your computer and then switch off your Hub count to 30 then switch back on your Hub make sure all lights up also check your main phone is ok then switch on your computer if that does not solve your problem there could be a problem in your area then give it say 24 hours and it might be best to phone your provider hope you get it sorted soon ..
