If the entire world lost power for an hour would we lose all internet files?

This sounds like that sow called Revolution, except it lasts 1 hour not 18-20 years. No you wouldn't lose files. The power is what lets you turn on and access your computer, but there would have to be a virus or something to wipe out your data.
