No plugins and all to increase your site to top of Google.
But follow these things which will help to get in top place..
1.Content - Create Unique Content for your website..Don't copy or rewrite.
2.Back links - Get High Quality back links for your site.
3.SMO - Do Social Media Optimization (Facebook,Twitter,Google+,Pinterest,Linked-In) share interesting news about your site.
