info about gray market.?
hello , i want to start consumer electronic business, i want to import goods like sd cards , flash drives ..etc, from china dtriectly and sell it in inda ,
i have got many oem companys from china , which offer products under big brands like kingston , transcend etc ..., its like they manufacture the product by their own , but giv the packing of these brands.. so my question is will it comes under gray market? , is it legal to do so ?
