How much are Ebay fees?

Yes - there is a number of fees with eBay.

There is the paypal transaction fee
There is the listing fee
There is the final value fee

oh and there is also another fee if you transfer that money to a bank account.

Despite all these fees, PayPal is owned by eBay so they get all that lovely profit - and you can't use any other online checkout other than PayPal on eBay (eBay are so abusive with their power - if it was Microsoft they'd have been done for antitrust by now, it's only a matter of time before someone investigates eBay for abuse of power). Apparently other checkouts are "insecure" according to eBay - however I've known PayPal at times to be more "insecure" than others - especially with their fake "buyer" and "seller" protection scams that have so many terms and conditions it's nearly impossible to claim if something goes wrong.
