What will happened to my money?? Help please...?

Some days ago, i bought 2 phone on an international online shopping and paid the items on the same day itself. but after 4 days while checking the website, i found that the items have been removed. bur the transaction has already been processed, and payment was made by credit card. I have already query from the website and till now no answer..
I don't know what the next step, i'm completely lost!
Help please...
the online site was ebay and im new to it, my credit card is from the bank, and i just received the transaction report today, i guess that the transaction has already been processed. i have already send a complaint to paypal and to ebay also.
I think that the seller might be a fraud or something like that.
