hi mimi, on the sight that you are on it is usually paypal is what this is called e-mail them and let those people know that you have a complaint. within thirty days that money will be returned to your credit card or ask them to correct it and they will send you a new one with a return sticker so you can send the old one back to them sometimes they will do this but usually they will refund your money. make sure that you give them the stock number and ups if it came to you that way and your complaint they are good about returning your money with paypal and if they don't then write your complaint online and others will see your complaint and may not order from that company. amazon, newegg and tigerdirect is pretty dependable. good luck I hope I was helpful to you
