i would highly suggest if you have twitter or instagram or etc. to get off of them for a few days, maybe even a week or two. that stops you from going to her page and seeing what she's doing and blah blah blah. getting off of social media will help big time. delete her number to stop yourself from texting her first. if you want to not get so attached you need to be more open minded. when you go on a date with a girl, go on the date thinking "this is just one date, nothing will come from this." that way, if nothing does come from it, you're ready for it but if something does come from it, its a serendipity. find activities you really like doing, so when you're feeling sad or lonely, you can go do those activities to clear your mind. another thing that i think will help, is finding out who you really are and you can rely on yourself and not a girl. you need to figure out who you are, have full confidence in yourself. maybe take a break from going on dates for a while? good luck.
