There is one solution to your problems. This will sound stupid and shallow, but I kid you not-- this works.

Lift weights.

The exercise will actually lower your depression, you'll be healthier, you'll meet guy buddies to help support you through your guy problems, you'll look better, and you'll feel more confident.

Seriously, look up a beginner's weight program and hit the college gym. Your life will change.
