Wifi Super Slow!?

You really haven't supplied enough information for anyone to correctly troubleshoot your issue. You have not included your connection speed, or the model number for your router--you've given basically zero usable information.

As it stands, the issue could be one of three things:

Your Internet--if your connection speed is too slow, then obviously you're going to be limited.

Your router--if it's too old and carries with it an old 802.11 standard, such as 802.11b or a, then you might want to consider upgrading.

Your router, again--if you do have a more recent router which is 802.11g or n, then you need to ensure that NAT (network address translation) is enabled for gaming. You'll have horrendous issues on your Xbox if it's disabled.
