Meta Tag is used to make the site according Search Engine because meta tag only read by search engine on base that decide what type of thing provide by this website-
Hera is the Syntax of Meta Tag:

<title>Title of your page < /title>
<meta name="description" content="Awesome Description Here">
<meta name="keywords" content="Keyword about your page here">
