The best way to make your eyes pop is sometimes just plain old black eyeliner on the top, then white eyeshadow by your corner of your eyes. And as for breaking out you can use a liquid foundation instead and always wash it all off my the end of the day. Also mascara helps your eyes pop and makes your lashes look long and girly Smile
