How do I communicate on naked video chat rooms?

You can type directly in the chat window or you can use 2 way audio, meaning the host will hear you and you will hear her (or him, I am not being judgmental). Some hosts will also let you call them during naked video chat, but if you ask me, audio is more convenient.
