n my college torrentz website was blocked... can i download from torrentz using proxy?

Well through free proxy its not safe better to use vpn service or Chrome extension its Zenmate .. I'd recommend to use vpn because you can easily download files from torrent. Source: http://www.bestvpnservice.com/blog/best-p2p-torrent-vpn see the list of vpn providers who support torrent..
